Lemon Sorbet

A delicious and Very simple lemon sorbet. A perfect receipe for the first days of spring.

Ingrédients:

100 ml of lemon juice
4 lemon zeste
450 grs of water
400 grs of sugar

1- Heat all the ingredient until the first bubble.
2- Leave it until cold, and keep it for one night in the fridge.
3- Place in ice cream machine and served with lime or pineapple juice.
